The leak

Good businesses still lose customers between the search and the sale.

A potential customer can find you, call you, message you or fill in a form while you're driving, treating a patient, on a job or serving another customer. If nobody responds quickly and follows through, the opportunity disappears.

01

Invisible when it matters

Your business may be excellent, but competitors appear first when customers search.

02

Enquiries arrive while you're working

Calls, WhatsApps, forms and DMs arrive when you're least able to answer.

03

Follow-up depends on memory

Warm prospects go cold because there is no consistent process after the first contact.

04

Marketing data is fragmented

You spend time and money generating demand without knowing which enquiries become customers.

The problem isn't effort. It's the absence of a connected system.

The system

One growth system. From local search to booked customer.

Each layer feeds the next. Visibility is wasted without capture. Capture is wasted without response. Response is wasted without follow-up.

Solutions

The work sits between demand and a booked customer.

Each area solves a specific leak. Together they become one system rather than a stack of disconnected tools.

01

Local Visibility

Problem
A strong service does not help if competitors appear first, or if the website and Google profile fail to turn interest into contact.
System
We strengthen the public presence: Google Business Profile, local SEO, conversion-focused websites, and service or location pages that explain the offer clearly.
Business outcome
More of the right people can find the business, understand what is offered, and start an enquiry.
  • Google Business Profile
  • Local SEO
  • Conversion-focused websites
  • Location and service pages

02

AI Enquiry Assistant

Problem
Enquiries arrive while the owner is delivering the service. Slow or incomplete replies lose people who were ready to book.
System
An assistant can answer common questions on the website and, where supported, WhatsApp. It qualifies the enquiry, checks service area, and escalates anything unusual.
Business outcome
Serious prospects receive a useful reply quickly, and the business owner gets a structured handoff instead of a vague message.
  • Web
  • WhatsApp where supported
  • FAQs
  • Qualification
  • Human handoff

03

Lead & CRM Systems

Problem
Calls, forms, WhatsApp and DMs live in different inboxes. Nobody can see which leads are warm, stalled or already booked.
System
We set up a central lead inbox and pipeline with source tracking, status and a structured handoff to whoever should follow through.
Business outcome
Fewer missed opportunities, clearer ownership, and a record of where customers actually come from.
  • Central lead inbox
  • Pipeline
  • Source tracking
  • Lead status
  • Structured handoff

04

Automation

Problem
Follow-up depends on whoever remembered to check their phone. Reminders, missed-enquiry recovery and review requests happen inconsistently.
System
We put repeatable work on rails: follow-ups, reminders, missed-enquiry recovery, review requests and reactivation — with people still in control of sensitive cases.
Business outcome
Warm prospects are less likely to go cold, and completed work can turn into reviews and repeat business.
  • Follow-ups
  • Reminders
  • Missed-enquiry recovery
  • Review requests
  • Reactivation

05

Content & Reputation

Problem
Good work stays invisible. The website and profile lack useful content, and review or referral requests never become a habit.
System
Educational content, a sensible social publishing system, review collection and referral workflows sit alongside the enquiry system.
Business outcome
The business looks more established, and existing customers have a clear way to recommend it.
  • Educational content
  • Social publishing systems
  • Reviews
  • Testimonials
  • Referral workflows

06

Performance & Growth

Problem
Money and time go into marketing without a reliable view of which activity becomes customers.
System
Analytics, lead attribution, conversion tracking, testing and optimisation. Paid acquisition is added only when the core journey is measurable.
Business outcome
Decisions are based on the customer journey, not disconnected activity reports.
  • Analytics
  • Lead attribution
  • Conversion tracking
  • Testing
  • Optimisation
  • Paid acquisition when appropriate

What slow or missed handling may be costing you.

This is not a revenue forecast. It uses only the figures you enter to estimate the commercial value of enquiries that currently slip through.

Formula: lost enquiries = monthly enquiries × missed percentage. Recoverable customers = lost enquiries × close rate. Opportunity value = recoverable customers × customer value.

Built for businesses where every enquiry matters.

If the owner or team is often busy delivering the service when customers get in touch, the system is built for that reality.

Building with founding clients

Proof will be published when it is verified.

We're working with a small number of service businesses to build and validate the next generation of local customer acquisition systems.

Systems built around real workflows

We map how customers already contact the business before choosing tools.

Measurable enquiry pipelines

Every serious channel should land in one place with a source and a next step.

Transparent baseline reporting

We start from current visibility, response and booking reality — not a invented target.

Human review before automation

Answers, escalation rules and edge cases are agreed before anything speaks to a customer.

Staged implementation

The core journey is proved first. Extra channels and campaigns come after the data supports them.

Start lean, then scale

We prove the core customer journey before adding more channels, campaigns or complexity.

Questions owners usually ask first.

What exactly is a growth system?

A growth system is the connected set of pages, enquiry channels, response rules, qualification steps, booking and follow-up that turns local demand into customers. It is the infrastructure between someone searching for a service and a confirmed booking — not a single tool or campaign.

Is this just a chatbot?

No. An assistant can sit on the website or WhatsApp, but it is one layer. The work usually includes visibility, lead capture, CRM, follow-up and reporting, designed around how the business already operates.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. We often keep a site that already works and improve the pages, forms and tracking that affect enquiries. A new site is only recommended when the current one cannot support the journey.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

WhatsApp can be part of the enquiry flow where the business account and platform setup allow it. We confirm that during the audit rather than assuming every number can be automated on day one.

Will the AI speak directly to customers?

It can reply to inbound enquiries when you choose that. The default is inbound help: answering common questions, collecting details and escalating. Outbound messaging stays consent-based and under your control.

Can I approve what it says?

Yes. We work from approved answers, service rules and escalation points. You decide what the assistant may say, what it must collect, and when a person should take over.

What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?

It should not invent one. Unusual, sensitive or high-value situations are handed to a person with the context already collected. That is a design rule, not an afterthought.

Can you guarantee Google rankings?

No. We can improve how clearly the business appears and how well pages match real searches, but rankings depend on competition, demand and factors outside anyone's control. Anyone promising a position is overselling.

Can you guarantee more leads?

No. We aim to reduce lost enquiries and make the path to booking clearer. Results depend on demand, offer, capacity, pricing and local competition. The audit is there to be honest about that before work starts.

Do you run Google or Facebook ads?

Paid acquisition can be added when the enquiry path is measurable and the economics make sense. We do not start with ads if the website, response or follow-up would waste the spend.

Do I need new software?

Not always. We use what you already have where it is fit for purpose, and only introduce tools when they close a real gap. The workflow comes first.

Who owns my website and data?

You do. Sites, domains, profiles and customer data remain yours. We will not lock business records behind a tool you cannot leave. Third-party platforms keep their own terms.

How long does implementation take?

A focused first version is usually delivered in stages: foundation, then response and follow-up, then extra channels once the core path is working. Timing depends on access, content and how many systems need connecting. The blueprint will set a realistic sequence.

What happens after launch?

We monitor the system, check that automations still run, and improve weak points. Ongoing Growth Care covers monitoring, maintenance where applicable, health checks, reporting and incremental optimisation — not unlimited new work.

Do you work with businesses outside Ireland?

Ireland is the starting market. We can work with businesses in the UK and further afield when the offer and operations fit. The audit will confirm whether remote implementation is practical.
